Our COVID-19 Precautions.
Trust PineTree Maids during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
When the COV-19 pandemic started, we quickly pivoted to adapt our business practices to be aligned to all CDC Guidelines, and took strict measures to ensure your health and safety as well as the health and safety of our employees. Here are a list of just some of the precautions our team will take to ensure we keep your home healthy and safe:
Keeping at least a 6’ Distance from other personnel.
All PineTree Maids crew members are fully vaccinated.
Asking you and your family to be in a different room than the room we are cleaning.
Washing our hands with hand soap frequently, cleaning them for at least 30 seconds to exceed CDC guidelines.
Sanitizing high touch surfaces.
Temperature checks on our housekeeping team every morning before reporting to work, and asking our maids to cancel or reschedule and stay home if sick.
Proper mask wearing at all times while inside & outside your home.
Some of the extra care we put while cleaning your home:
Sanitizing Hands & High Touch Surfaces
Our Maids will sanitize their hands immediately before entering your home.
All of our cleaning services include: sanitizing all high touch surfaces on your home (including but not limited to countertops, doorknobs, handles, faucets) with appropriate disinfectant products.
Enforcing Mask Wearing & Taking Preventative Measures
At PineTree Maids, we enforce the current mask wearing mandate, including while on the job, inside or outside your home.
We encourage our maids to stay home if they are not feeling well.
We temperature check all of our maids before starting a shift.
Utilizing our Color-Coded Cleaning System
We color code the cleaning cloths we use to clean your home to prevent contamination.
You will never see us use a cleaning cloth we use in the kitchen on your bathroom surfaces, or a bathroom cloth in other areas of the home.
We understand the importance of preventing cross-contamination between different areas of the home.
Cleaning is more important now than ever.
Preventative Disinfection
High touch surfaces are some of the most likely places to find germs and bacteria. PineTree Maids trains our employees to clean common high-touch surfaces including television remotes, light switches, and door knobs, ensuring that when we leave your home, you can know that all surfaces are spotless and harmless.
Healthy Home Environment
The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted just how important home is to us, as well as just how important good health is. By hiring PineTree Maids, we are able to both improve your experience living, working, and staying at home, while also ensuring things like dust, dander, and dirt don’t pose a risk to your health.
Our Maids Closely Follow All Safety Protocols
We value public health guidance and adhere to all CDC recommendations. In addition, we frequently reassess our practices to ensure we are up to date with the latest data-defined evidence. Some of the measures include double-masking, hand-washing, symptom monitoring, temperature checks, and COVID-19 testing.
Gatherings are restarting.
Although the pandemic is still ongoing, vaccines are offering some promise for the coming months. As people receive vaccinations, gatherings will resume. House-cleaning will become even more important as guests become a more frequent occurance.
