Our Mission:

At the heart of PineTree Maids is a mission- and a simple one at that. We aim to revolutionize the cleaning industry in Atlanta by bridging the gap between the nationwide housekeeping players and the local Atlanta maid services. Our goal at PineTree Maids is to offer a professional housekeeping service with the attention to detail that the big players in the industry offer at a comparable price to that of the local players (most of which offer limited services). We’re a fully licensed company, insured & bonded; we dress in our PineTree Maids uniforms every time we offer our housekeeping services, we’ll arrive in a professional vehicle, and we offer excellent customer service.

From our experience, we have found that there are two polar extremes in the housekeeping industry. There are the nationwide housekeeping firms, that, while established and reputable, charge an arm and a leg for a service. $400 to clean a 3 bedroom house? Nope. At the same time, some of these nationwide companies have inconsistency in their cleaning due to turnover of their staff, and their communication lacks significantly. Then there are the less formal, local maid services. They often lack any assurance in quality, and peace of mind is low since these a lot of these services do not operate as licensed businesses. But these small-time maid services come with an advantage over the nationwide players- they charge a lot less. We saw a white space in the market, seeing an opportunity to bridge the significant gap between these two extremes in the cleaning industry.

At PineTree Maids, we aim to bring the nationwide maid companies, that offer quality cleaning with the affordable rates offered by local, independent maids.

Hi- my name is Angie. Cleaning has been in my mind & heart forever, and I have a passion for the trade. Cleaning just came so… naturally. It all started with compliments from friends and family. Whenever people came to my home, they would ask:

“Wow, who is your housekeeper?” (Hint: We don’t have one)

I have always held my home to a cleanliness standard that was unmatched by others. I was always shocked to hear people who hired professional housekeeping services, complaining of dissatisfaction, ask us who was cleaning our home. Friends and family would stress that I needed to offer my cleaning expertise to the general public, so I finally decided to take a leap of faith, and created PineTree Maids.

Creating PineTree Maids was a big step for me, personally. As a college graduate who once held a corporate job, going into the cleaning business seemed daunting. As a stay-at-home mom for 20+ years, I’ve dealt with too many disappointing and overpriced housekeeping services that failed to clean my home to my standard. After years of knowing the difference in my work versus what was available in the market, I felt compelled and prepared to put the quality of my work into in every service provided by PineTree Maids. Growing PineTree Maids from inception, it has been especially important for me to hire supporting maids that exceed the highest standards and align with my expertise and knowledge. You can trust that when you hire PineTree Maids, any maid that arrives at your home will be experienced in cleaning and have additional training on what products to use in order to best care for your home.

The biggest differentiator between PineTree Maids and the competition is that we hold ourselves to a higher standard of clean. Even our most Basic Cleaning service, as an example, includes “premium” cleaning features, like cleaning all of your appliances, the interior of your microwave, thorough bathroom disinfection, and even making your bed, all at our affordable everyday low price. Our Deep Clean service is our most premium offering of all, and includes a top-to-bottom cleaning service of your home with no detail spared. Even with our all-inclusive offering, our costing undercuts our competitors, some by more than 30%.

I started PineTree to provide service that the existing cleaning market didn’t offer: experienced maids, excellent customer service, unbeatable levels of clean, all at a fair price. That’s what we offer, and that’s why we’re here.
