We are promising to clean your home at the highest level of service. Our pricing reflects our commitment to you - we’ll excel in our cleaning, and we’ll charge competitively.
If you disagree- we want to hear about it. If you feel the price you paid was not justified by our housekeeping services, contact us at care@pinetreemaids.com - we will make it right.
We pay our employees fairly.
The cleaning business has offered opportunities for many small-business owners to enjoy self-employment. On the flip side, some cleaning businesses underpay their employees.
We believe happy maids are well-paid maids. And we back our fair pay promise with some of the highest hourly rates in the housekeeping industry @ $15/hr.

Transparency is important. At PineTree Maids of Atlanta, we strive for price transparency. That is why you will see our everyday price listed on our site.
We don’t ask that you call us to provide you a custom quote (although we would be happy to read you our prices over the phone). We quote all of the homes we serve in the same manner and it doesn’t change whether you book online, email or call. All of our pricing is clearly listed on our site.
