How do we keep our services professional at every visit?

Our Standards:

  1. Background Checks- We background check all of our employees and vet their prior history. In addition, we only hire employees with prior experience in the housekeeping industry. We also independently verify past experience. This helps you & your family have peace of mind with every PineTree Maid that visits your home.

  2. Proper Product Usage- Every PineTree Maids employee undergoes a 3 hour training introduction where we review each one of the products we bring into your home. In addition, we equip all of our employees with a manual that they can leverage in case of doubt when cleaning any area or surface.

  3. Materials Knowledge- Our employees are trained to recognize stainless steel, marble, quartz, hardwood vs. laminate, delicates vs. cottons, etc. Our training class also ensures that maids can discern more delicate materials and use the correct products to clean them.

  4. Cleaning Checklists-For every PineTree cleaning service, we equip our employees with the checklist of the service they need to complete. Throughout the entire housekeeping service, our maids follow a checklist ensuring consistent results. We’ll happily leave a copy of the checklist at your home at your request.

  5. Specialty Cleaning Training- We train our maids on specialty appliance cleaning (Wolf, Viking, Gaggenau), how to carefully dust artwork, and how to clean specialty window treatments. Its our attention to detail that sets us apart.

  6. Thoroughness- “Gloss-over” cleaning is not our style. There are competing cleaning services that clean areas of your table. At PineTree Maids, we remove everything from the surface of the table to properly clean the surface and ensure a consistent clean. This is just one example of how we strive for consistency. We promise to thoroughly clean your home and finish our cleaning services having carefully attended to details that sets us apart from the competition.

  7. Customer Service- We take our customer experiences seriously. We offer the 48 Hr Clean Promise, the Clean Price Guarantee, and the PineTree Promise with every housekeeping service we provide.   8. COVID-19 Safety- We take COVID-19 seriously. We wear masks properly, wash hands often, and sanitize our equipment in between homes. We also promise to wear shoe covers and gloves while cleaning. We ask that when a member of the PineTree Maids crew is in a room, that no members of your household are in the same room to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
