We also regularly inspect homes after they’ve been cleaned to ensure the quality of our services.

Is PineTree Maids fully bonded and insured?

Yes. We’re fully covered for your protection and ours. All of our maids are fully covered for liability as well. We’re happy to provide formal certificates if requested.

What are your employees like?

We strive to hire only the best in the business. Every employee, from our customer service team to our maids, is focused on one thing: providing the best cleaning possible. In pursuit of that mission, we treat your home with respect and prove trustworthiness through our services. Every person who enters your home or talks to you on the phone is respectful and professional.

How many maids will come to my home?

This will depend on the size of your home. If you have a larger home or request a Deep Clean, we may send a third maid to ensure the best possible service, but we usually send one or two.

Do you charge other fees? How about parking?

In an effort to be transparent on our costs and what we charge, we offer the Clean Price Guarantee. We are always clear if there are any additional costs, and we communicate how and why these are charged. That being said, we ask that if you live in a high rise building, you provide either validation for parking or reimbursement for parking. We’ve found that parking in the building is the best option so that we can arrive at your home best prepared to clean anything and everything.

Can I customize my service with comments or instructions?

Absolutely! If you have comments regarding areas we should stay away from, instructions on places that just never seem clean, or recommendations on specific products to use, we’re happy to honor these. In order for our cleaning team to be aware of your comment, please include detailed information on the online scheduling tool or mention it to our customer service team when you call to book a clean.

How should I prepare for my cleaning service?

While we love to clean messes, there are ways for you to help our cleaning teams in achieving the best results possible. For instance, consider:

  • Tidying up so that our maids spend the most time possible cleaning rather than straightening up

  • Placing linens on your bed so that we can change your sheets

  • Include padding on furniture legs to ensure we don’t inadvertently scratch any surface

Do you always send the same team?

We totally understand the desire for the same crew to be sent to your home for each clean. As such, we do our absolute best to send the same crew to your home, every time. That being said, there are times when this may be impossible, such as when an employee is sick. If we aren’t able to send the same crew to your home, we will call you before hand and communicate regarding the change.

What if I’m not happy with my clean?

PineTree Maids endlessly pursues customer satisfaction. How do I pay? Are your teams allowed to receive tips?

We prefer to use our site for payment. We offer a convenient and easy way to checkout and book your clean via our scheduling page. That being said, we also accept checks and cash. Our teams work hard to deliver the best service around, and tips are absolutely appreciated but never expected.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is simple: let us know within 24 hours, and you won’t be charged anything to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling within 24 hours does incur a charge for the full price of the service you requested.

Do you guarantee arrival times?

We strive to arrive on time, every time. We also provide time between each cleaning to adequately account for traffic or unexpected delays. That being said, there are times when events out of our control make it impossible to arrive on time. If you are worried about timing or have a strict timeline.
